How do I redeem rewards, products and discounts?Updated 2 years ago

• Birthday Coupon: Tell us when your birthday is and we’ll send you a birthday present and a voucher!
• Redeem products: Use your points to redeem free products from our redemption catalog.
• Loyalty Gift Box: Once you enter a new tier,  you will see the option to redeem the Loyalty boxes. 

Products appearing in the Redemption Catalogue can be redeemed using the following steps:

1. Add the product you want to redeem from the catalogue in the Bagallery Rewards widget to your cart.
2. 
3. Open the redemption catalogue in the Bagallery Rewards widget and click on the product you want to redeem. 
4. 
5. 
6. Then click apply – the redemption code will be applied to your cart. 
7. 
8. The product should now be FREE in your cart.
